Abstract
The use of contemporary product management technologies to apply agile methodology in business settings is the topic of this paper. An alternative way of thinking about leading engineering teams, especially in the software and IT industries, is provided by the modern methodology called agile. Adaptability, transparency, proper and scientific prioritization, human and material resource management, dependency control, and the capacity to respond quickly to customer and market demands are all critical components of an agile business. In order to create self-governing, independent teams that adhere to the strict guidelines of agile implementation, our paper explores the real-world application of agile using tools such as Google Docs, Slack, Miro, Trello, and Jira.

Experience of research
As a master’s student of IT management at Khajenasir University of Tehran, this paper was third paper that I had worked and I was trying to get to konw the research and academic world better. I was able to investigate how agile methodology can be applied practically in contemporary business settings. Agile is a way of thinking about managing teams and projects that goes beyond a collection of procedures, particularly in situations that are changing quickly.
Experience of research
By emphasizing how agile principles can be successfully applied with the use of practical tools, my goal in writing this paper was to close the gap between theory and practice. Our study examined how tools like Slack, Trello, and Jira can support the agile values of responsiveness, transparency, and collaboration. These tools have become essential for managing agile projects. In-depth analysis of these tools was given in the paper, along with a discussion of their advantages and disadvantages in various contexts and suggestions for how businesses can choose the best tools for their particular requirements.
My coauthor Seyedeh Leila Zare Kiaei Deljou, who was a student at Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich at the time, was a pleasure to work with. Our aim was to create a thorough study that combines theoretical knowledge with practical insights by combining our knowledge from various academic backgrounds. My appreciation for interdisciplinary research has grown as a result of this collaboration, which improved the paper’s quality.
Experience of research
In summary, this work not a marks an academic accomplishment for me, but it demonstrates my dedication to using theoretical knowledge in meaningful, real-world applications. It’s a reflection of my continued curiosity about how agile approaches can be applied in professional settings to promote creativity and effectiveness in product management.
